We took advantage of one of the exhibits at the Ali Center in downtown Louisville, Ky to recreate the famous Muhammad Ali vs. Sonny Liston photograph during the couple's reception. Deirdre and Daniel were a blast to work with and the Ali Center provided the atmosphere for a wonderful reception for the couple.

Bridesmaids help the bride walk to a different location for a shoot along the streets of New Albany near St. Marks UMC. It was such a gorgeous day with a beautiful sky.
I really love when the bride and groom invite me into their lives. Photographs like this, with Ben in his family's barn, really tie in to his life growing up and also provide a backdrop that cannot be duplicated anywhere else.
Katie is caught off guard and reacts on the dancefloor during her wedding reception at The Grand in New Albany. It was fun just sitting back and photographing the range of emotions on people's faces as the crowd moved and grooved. The couple had a very lively reception.
The bride's father has a classic Cadilac Convertible, a 1968 if memory serves correct, which served as the wedded couples "get away" vehicle. Erin was just radiant and the flowers offered just enough color to add a real nice touch.
I actually was able to sneak the brides dress around the Brown Hotel in Louisville and photograph it in different locations.
